Do work that matters, in a company that grows its own leaders. Three children's homes across East Anglia, more opening soon, and a funded qualification with every role.
Your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare funded from the start, and Level 5 leadership funded as you progress. Nationally recognised, yours for life.
Trauma, attachment and child development training that shapes how you understand children, not just how you follow procedure.
Training built around the actual children in your home, so what you learn on Tuesday you use on Wednesday.
Regular sessions with clinical specialists, because this work asks a lot, and nobody does it alone.
What you learn here doesn’t stay at work. By the end of your first year you’ll hold skills most people never get trained in: emergency first aid, safeguarding, de-escalation, emotion coaching, and communicating with children who’ve stopped trusting adults. These are skills for parenting, for friendships, for every crisis life throws at you.
And the further you go, the bigger they get: leading people, judging character, managing money, staying steady under pressure. People who leave able (and plenty don’t) leave more employable and more capable than they arrived. We think that’s how it should be.
Our teams help children who have had the hardest starts feel safe, settle, and move forward. It is demanding work, and it is the kind you talk about for the rest of your life. You don’t need experience in care to start. You need the right values. We train everything else.

Where most people start, day or night roles.
You'll master: safeguarding, therapeutic childcare practice, and your Level 3 qualification, fully funded.
You'll take home: first aid you'd use on your own family, and the ability to stay calm when it matters most.

Your first step into leading.
You'll master: running a shift, and coordinating a team around the children's needs.
You'll take home: sound judgement under pressure, and holding a plan together when the day doesn't go to plan.

Leading people, not just shifts.
You'll master: supervising and developing staff, and modelling practice others learn from.
You'll take home: coaching people, and giving feedback that lands.

Running a home alongside its manager.
You'll master: advanced safeguarding, and the leadership and management of a children's home.
You'll take home: interviewing and judging character, and organising a complex operation week after week.

Your own home, registered with Ofsted in your name.
You'll master: your Level 5 leadership qualification, fully funded, and full accountability for children's outcomes.
You'll take home: running an organisation, and answering personally to a national regulator.

Leading managers across a group of homes.
You'll master: multi-site leadership, and developing the next generation of managers.
You'll take home: leading leaders, and building things that outlast your involvement.
Every step is real. People inside able are on it right now, and as we open new homes, new leadership roles open with them.
We recruit on values first. No care experience is required for practitioner roles: we look for warmth, resilience, reliability and the judgement to stay calm when a child can’t be.
Because we work with children, our process follows safer recruitment standards: interview, enhanced DBS, and full referencing. We’re straight with you throughout, and we move quickly for the right people.
