A warm, structured home in Ipswich for up to seven children with social and emotional difficulties, with consistent routines built around each child.
Liberty Lodge supports children with social, emotional and behavioural needs, including children who have experienced disrupted placements and need stability to rebuild trust.
Every admission is planned. Every referral goes through a matching and impact assessment: the child being referred, alongside the children already living here. We are honest with placing authorities about what we can and cannot offer a child.

Where specialist provision has taken time to secure, that has not stopped the home pushing things forward. They have continued to advocate with the relevant professionals.

The support around his EHCP review was particularly good, because staff helped him participate and express his own views rather than adults simply speaking for him.

Leaders and managers know children well and are strong advocates for them.
A beautiful, large property with two living rooms, a dedicated sensory room, and a fully equipped kitchen where children learn to cook together.
Photographs of the children and the team throughout the home, and a dedicated wall where children are free to be creative.
A private outdoor space for connecting with nature, playing games, or a splash in the paddling pool on a hot summer's day.
Minutes from local shops, parks and leisure facilities, with reliable bus and rail links, so ordinary community life is part of every child's week.
Each of our homes is led by its own Ofsted-registered manager, supported by deputies and overseen by Operations Managers who work across the group. Leadership in our homes is not remote: managers know every child by name, and the group's founders remain involved in every home, every week.

Consistent routines
Delivered by a stable team who know each child well.
Restorative, not punitive
Consequences link clearly to actions, and after difficult moments staff and children talk it through together.
Education in the routine
Staff keep learning going and get children where they need to be.
